Seller Toolkit collects only the minimum information necessary to provide our services. When you use our eBay listing tools, we process your eBay seller account data (via OAuth tokens stored as secure HTTP-only cookies) and product data you provide. We do not collect or store personal buyer data from eBay. Contact form submissions include your name, email address, and message content.
Your eBay OAuth tokens are used exclusively to create and manage listings on your behalf. Product data (titles, descriptions, images, pricing) is processed in real-time to generate optimized listings and is never stored permanently on our servers. Contact form data is used only to respond to your inquiry.
Seller Toolkit connects to eBay's official API using OAuth 2.0. Your eBay credentials are never stored — we only store a temporary access token and a refresh token in secure, HTTP-only browser cookies. These tokens expire automatically and can be revoked at any time by clicking 'Disconnect' in the tool or by revoking access in your eBay account settings.
We use the following third-party services: eBay Browse API and Sell API (for listing management), Groq AI API (for content generation — product data is sent to Groq for processing), and Resend (for contact form emails). Each service has its own privacy policy. Product data sent to Groq for AI processing is subject to Groq's data handling policies.
We use HTTP-only secure cookies solely to store your eBay OAuth tokens. These cookies are essential for the tool to function and cannot be disabled if you wish to use the listing creation features. We do not use any tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.
We do not maintain a database of user data. eBay OAuth tokens in cookies expire within 10 days. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. No product listing data is stored after your session ends.
In compliance with eBay's Marketplace Account Deletion policy: if an eBay buyer's account is deleted, we have no personal data of that buyer to delete, as we do not store any buyer information. Our exemption from the notification process has been granted by eBay on this basis.
You have the right to disconnect your eBay account from this tool at any time. You may also contact us to request deletion of any contact form data we may hold. As we do not maintain user accounts or databases, there is minimal personal data to request or delete.
