Seller Toolkit is a third-party tool that assists eBay sellers with fee calculations, AI-generated listing content, competitor research, and listing management via eBay's official API. This tool is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. eBay is a trademark of eBay Inc.
When you connect your eBay seller account, you authorize Seller Toolkit to access and manage listings on your behalf using eBay's official API. You are solely responsible for all listings created through this tool. You must ensure all listings comply with eBay's policies, seller standards, and applicable laws. Any violation of eBay's policies that results from your use of this tool is your sole responsibility.
Titles and descriptions generated by our AI are suggestions only. You must review all AI-generated content before publishing listings on eBay. The Tool provides a 'Draft' mode for this purpose. We make no warranties about the accuracy, quality, or compliance of AI-generated content with eBay's listing policies or applicable laws.
The Fee Calculator provides estimates based on eBay's publicly known fee structure. Actual fees charged by eBay may differ. eBay's fee structure changes periodically — always verify current fees with eBay directly. Seller Toolkit is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on calculator estimates.
The Store Analyzer retrieves publicly available eBay listing data. Revenue and sales estimates are approximations only — they are not actual sales figures. Do not make business decisions based solely on these estimates. The tool does not access any private seller data; all data shown is publicly available on eBay.
You may not use this tool to: create listings that violate eBay's policies or applicable laws; list counterfeit, prohibited, or restricted items; engage in price manipulation or market abuse; scrape eBay data in violation of eBay's Terms of Service; or attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute this tool.
Seller Toolkit is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: eBay account suspensions, penalties, or policy violations; incorrect listings published via this tool; financial losses from fee calculator estimates; AI-generated content that does not comply with eBay policies; or service interruptions. Use this tool at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the 'last updated' date at the top of this page when changes are made.
